About Me
Innovation Through Technology
I'm a second-year PhD student. I specialize in a PhD in Administration - Management, Strategy and Entrepreneurship, with research areas in (emerging) technology innovation and entrepreneurship. I completed my credits and research jointly at HEC Montréal and McGill University. Before that, I received my master's degree from Singapore Management University in 2024. My research focuses on understanding how emerging technologies can drive innovation and create meaningful impact across industries with interdisciplinary theories and methodologies.
With a strong academic background in Economics and Management, and having worked in the HR and strategic consulting areas for 5 years, I bring both academic rigor and practical experience to my research. I'm passionate about transforming theoretical knowledge into real-world applications in this technology era.
When I'm not immersed in research, I enjoy exploring hard technologies and sharing knowledge with academic and industrial communities. My hobbies are playing the violin, flow yoga, fitness, and city walks.
Experience
I conduct cutting-edge research in technology innovation and entrepreneurship, focusing on Science, Technology and Innovation Policy and emerging Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship with quantitative, qualitative, and experimental methods. I am especially interested in research methodologies of network analysis and AI in business.
I am leading multiple research projects, publishing in top-tier conferences, and collaborating with industry partners to translate research into practical applications.
